RESOLVED: To approve
the draft Treasury Management Strategy 2024/25 to 2026/27 for
submission to Council, subject to Capital programme that is being
finalised ahead of budget report, with delegation to the Group
Director Finance to approve the final Treasury Management Strategy
for submission to Council.
