Cllr Maxwell requested that an additional sentence be
inserted at Paragraph 4.5 bullet point 4 to reflect that ward
Councillors were not consulted as part of the cumulative impact
research.
 
Subject to the aforementioned insertion the Licensing
Committee:
 
RESOLVED: To agree the minutes of the previous meeting held
on 14 November 2023 as a true and accurate record of
proceedings.
