RESOLVED:
1. 
That the Constitution
appended to this report at Appendix 1 be approved to take effect
from Monday, 4 September 2023.
2. 
That the Director of
Legal, Democratic and Electoral Services be given delegated
authority to make any changes of a typographical or grammatical
nature prior to its effective date and to insert appropriate
hyperlinks and bookmarks to aid navigation through the
document.
