RESOLVED: To commend to Council:
 
1. 
The Statement of
Licensing Policy for approval, to be effective from 1
August 2023 for a maximum period of 5 years.
 
2. 
 That delegated authority be provided to the Group
Director of Climate
Homes and Economy to make any changes to the Policy as
appropriate.
