On the officer's recommendation, as set out in
the application report, a majority of Planning Sub-Committee
members voted against the recommendation.
 
A motion to submit an alternative
recommendation, to put to the Sub-Committee to vote on, was
proposed by Councillor Levy and seconded by Councillor Desmond.
 
The motion was carried by three votes
For and two Against.
 
Planning Permission was granted subject to
conditions. Listed Building Consent 2023/0973 was granted subject
to conditions.
