The Sub-Committee heard from the Principal
Licensing Officer, the applicant's agent, the Licensing Authority
and the police. Following a discussion of the application, it came
to light that there were discrepancies relating to the opening
hours and the hours for the supply of alcohol on the current
licence. This was due to a clerical error. In order for Members
make an informed decision it was necessary to ensure that the
current position was established. It
was therefore agreed by all parties that the hearing be adjourned
to a future date.
RESOLVED: To ADJOURN the
hearing to a future date.
