RESOLVED:
 
That Full Council notes the Appointment
Sub-Committee’s decision that the roles of Louise Humphreys,
Acting Director of Legal, Democratic and Electoral Services and
Monitoring Officer and Jackie Moylan, Interim Group Director of
Finance (Section 151 Officer) are extended for a further
6 month period from 1st August 2024 to
31st January 2025.
