RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the Audit Committee’s Terms of Reference (Appendix 3 of
the Council’s Constitution) be amended to allow for the
appointment of two independent members.
2. 
That the Council’s Monitoring Officer be given authority to
make any additional amendments to the Council’s Constitution
that might prove necessary to give effect to recommendation 1.
