RESOLVED:
1.
That the Policy on Disclosure and Barring Service Checks for the
Elected Mayor, Councillors and Co-Optees (Appendix 1), implementing Enhanced
Disclosure and Barring Service Checks, be adopted with immediate
effect.
2.
That the Monitoring Officer be authorised to include the Policy on
Disclosure and Barring Service Checks for the Elected Mayor,
Councillors and Co-Optees within Part
Seven (Elected Mayor and Councillors) of the Council’s
Constitution.
