RESOLVED:
 
1.To approve the
contents of the member survey in Appendix 1 of the report for
release during October 2024 subject to further feedback from
members and final survey approved in consultation with the
Chair.
 
2. To note that
officers will continue to work with the Council’s
Communications team
regarding the formatting and final means of
distribution of the
survey.
