About

The Executive Board is Halton Council's primary decision-making body, comprising eight councillors responsible for specific areas. It sets the council's overall leadership and corporate strategy, including matters related to communications and the Liverpool City Region. The Board also handles leadership on Cheshire Sub-Regional matters and major projects, as well as overseeing corporate services, children and young people, adult social care, health and wellbeing, community services, and environment, housing, and regeneration. Each member develops policy within their designated portfolio.
