Decision

  2. That the Executive Director of People’s Services, in consultation with the Deputy Leader, approve the following:
  • A contract award to the Preferred Supplier, identified in Appendix 1 for the Contract Award Value included in Appendix 1 (the “Contract Award Value”), which includes a project contingency identified in Appendix 1.
  • An additional programme contingency of 10%, which may be used to fund any necessary variations and contract costs.
