Decision
- To note that appendices 1, 2, and 3 are not for publication on the basis that they contain information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
- To approve a procurement strategy in line with the recommended Procurement Route included in this report, and to approve a contract award to the Preferred Supplier, under the UKLF framework, for the refurbishment of the running track at LCOSP for the Contract Award Value included in Appendix 1 (the “Contract Award Value”). After receiving three quotes, they will use the Preferred Contractor, identified in Appendix 1 (the “Preferred Contractor”) to deliver the works.
