This is a proposal for the creation by order
of public bridleway rights in Botley, under Section 26 of the
Highways Act 1980. The proposed bridleway is 3
metres wide, running from a junction with Brook Lane at Point B to
rejoin the definitive line at Point A.

It is also proposed that the authority is given for an
extinguishment order under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 for
that part of the definitive line of Botley Bridleway 17 which is
currently obstructed.
