1. To raise fees relating to the provision of
statutory and non-statutory ceremonies delivered in Hampshire
Approved Venues and Register Office ceremony rooms from 1st April
2025 to 31st March 2026.
2. The 2025/26 published fees were previously set at a 5% increase
above the 2024/25 fees to include the anticipated 3% inflationary
uplift.
3. Increase the published fees by a further 8% across the range of
ceremony options for 2025/26 bringing the total increase from
2024/25 to 2025/26 to 11%. The proposed fees are below in Appendix
1.
4. Further increase the proposed 2025/26 fee by an additional 5%
for 2026/27, across the range of ceremony options.
5. Fees will be reviewed in October each year after this date with
any further adjustments to take effect from April the following
year.
6. Existing published fees will be honoured for those customers who
have already booked and pre-paid for ceremonies taking place during
2025/26.
