That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to:
(i) Extend the 30 miles per hour speed limit on B3354 Winchester
Road 146 metres further north of its junction with Hill
Close.
(ii) Reduce the 40 miles per hour speed limit on B3354 Winchester
Road by 146 metres between a point 226 metres north of its junction
with Nobs Crook and a point 146 metres north of its junction with
Hill Close, Crowdhill.
