That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to amend the existing no waiting at any time restrictions to
correspond with the altered highway layout for the Fareham Live
surface level car park entrance. This proposal does not result in
the loss of any on-street parking places:
No Waiting at Any Time Osborn Road on its south side –
between its junction with Palmerston Avenue and a point 120 metres
east thereof.
The Hampshire (Fareham) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and
Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2023 will be part-revoked to
the extent specified above.
