That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to:
(i) prohibit U-turns on A27 Southampton Road eastbound between a
point 60 metres south of its junction with Segensworth Roundabout
and a point approximately 1,285 metres south thereof.
(ii) prohibit U-turns on A27 Southampton Road westbound between a
point approximately 285 metres north-west of its junction with St
Margaret’s Roundabout and a point 1,155 metres north
thereof.
(iii) formalise the existing banned right turn restriction on A27
Southampton Road westbound at the access point at Hambrooks Garden
Centre.
