To authorise the dedication by Hampshire
County Council, of a public footpath with permissive cycling rights
under the provisions of Section 1 of the Localism Act 2011,
over the routes shown running between A-D and B-C on the plan at
Appendix 1.

The width of the route to be dedicated will vary between 5.5 and 20
metres, asshown on the Location Map at Appendix 1.

The County Council has the power to dedicate public rights of way
over land within its ownership under section 1 of the Localism Act
2011, which empowers local
authorities to do anything individuals generally may do.
