That an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order
be made permanent under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(RTRA), the effects of which will be to prohibit vehicles from that
length of Tower Street, Winchester between
its junction with Staple Gardens and its junction with Jewry
Street. This will be achieved through the relocation of bollards on
Tower Street from 10 metres west of its junction with Jewry Street
to its junction with Jewry
Street.
