That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be the provision of a raised zebra crossing construct two road
humps in Headley Road, Liphook as follows:
Road Hump – Headley Road (outside house No 65 named as
‘Oak Lodge’)
Between a point 30 metres north of its northern kerb-line with
Tower Road and a point 9.75 metres north of that point.
Raised Zebra Crossing – Headley Road
Between a point 100 metres north of its northern kerb-line with
Tower Road and a point 9.75 metres north of that point.
Road Hump – Headley Road (outside house No’s 77 and
79)
Between a point 165 metres north of its northern kerb-line with
Tower Road and a point 9.75 metres north of that point.
Each raised hump will be 75mm in height; with slope lengths of
1870mm, extending the full width of the carriageway.
