That the application should be accepted and
authority given for the making of a Public Path Diversion Order
under the provisions of Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The
diversion route will have a width of 2.5 metres as shown between
Points A and B on the attached plan.

That the Orders be confirmed as an unopposed Orders if no
objections or representations are received, on the basis that the
Council is satisfied that the relevant legal tests are satisfied;
or, if objections or representations to the Orders are received
that they be submitted to the Secretary of State with a request
that the Orders be
confirmed, subject to any additional evidence that comes to light
as a result of this process.
