That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to implement various parking and waiting restrictions along Old
Lynchford Road which due to anomalous timings with the Return of
Functions from the district councils was never implemented. It is
proposed to implement these orders as they were originally intended
without change.
The details of these five schemes are attached in the appendix
hereto.
