That the Director of Hampshire 2050 agrees to
the proposal for Hampshire County Council as local authority to be
a party to the Lease to be granted to Hampshire Cultural Trust of
the Allen Gallery in accordance with attached Heads of Terms, to
commit to meet such of the obligations under the Lease as provided
in this report for the duration of the Management and Funding
Agreement between Hampshire County Council and the Trust.
