That the Deputy Chief Executive and Director
of Hampshire 2050 (in consultation with the Leader and Executive
Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services) exercise the
delegation secured at the meeting of 22nd January 2024 of the
Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services to
authorise the sale of the land at the A27 St Margaret’s
Roundabout, Fareham to the preferred purchaser on the basis set out
in the exempt report.
