following consultation with the Leader and Executive Member for
Hampshire 2050 confirms that Hatch House is surplus to County
Council requirements.
2. That the Director of Hampshire 2050, following consultation with
the Leader and Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 approves the
sale of Hatch House on the basis of a transaction as set out in
section 6 of the exempt report.
3. That the Director of Hampshire 2050, following consultation with
the Leader and Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 Approves the
relocation of staff and the Alton Family Time service from Hatch
House to Park House.
