1. That the Director of Hampshire 2050,
following consultation with the Leader and Executive Member for
Hampshire 2050 confirms that Ashcroft Arts Centre is surplus to
County Council requirements.
2. That the Director of Hampshire 2050, following consultation with
the Leader and Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 approves the
sale of Ashcroft Arts Centre on the basis of a transaction as set
out in the exempt report.
