That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to:
(i) remove the No Waiting at Any Time restriction on the north side
of New Road between its junction with Yelland Place and a point 47
metres north-east of that point
(ii) implement a new Loading Only restriction on the north side of
New Road between a point 8 metres north-east of its junction with
Yelland Place and a point 30 metres further north-east.
