That authority is given for the making of a
Definitive Map Modification Order to record:
a.- a bridleway with a variable width of 3.2-12.8 metres as shown
between Points A and C on the Location Plan;
b. - a byway open to all traffic with a variable width of 4.2-10.4
metres between Points C and D2; in consequence of events specified
in section 53(3)(c)(i) and (ii) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act
1981.

That the Order be confirmed as an unopposed Order if no objections
or representations are received, on the basis that the Council is
satisfied that the Order should be confirmed on the balance of
probabilities; or, if objections or representations to the Order
are received that they be submitted to the Secretary of State with
a request that the Order be confirmed, subject to any additional
evidence that comes to light as a result of this process.

The recommendation for a bridleway to be recorded between Points L
and K on the Location Plan is refused.
