Content

1. That the Director of Hampshire 2050
approves the sale of land adjacent to the former Hythe Police
Station as set out in this report and in accordance with the scheme
of delegation for land and asset transactions.
2. That in the event there are any further minor price amendments,
within the scope identified within this report and in particular
para 10, approval is provided to proceed with the sale.
3. That approval is granted to enter into legal agreements
necessary to complete the sale.
