Purpose

To consider a report of the Director of
Universal Services seeking approval to implement the proposed
permanent scheme for Clifton Terrace/Romsey Road in Winchester. The
scheme proposals will formalise the existing temporary measures
that have been installed as part of the Phase 1 experimental scheme
in January 2024.
