Purpose

To consider a report of the Director of
Universal Services regarding the efficacy of the existing policy
for prioritising applications for Definitive Map Modification
Orders under s 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981
(adopted in 2019), and seeking approval for an amendment to the
policy.
