1. That an Experimental Traffic Regulation
Order be made permanent under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(RTRA), the effects of which will be to suspend / amend existing
parking places and waiting restrictions on
specified lengths of Clifton Terrace.
2. These restrictions are to be put in place to support the
signalised Puffin pedestrian crossing on B3040 Romsey Road to
encourage pedestrians along this route.
