That the application should be accepted and
authority given for the making of a Public Path Diversion Order,
the diversion route to have a width of 1.5 metres as
shown between Points A and B on the attached plan, under the
provisions of Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.
If no objections or representations are received during the
consultation period, the Council will confirm the Order as
unopposed. This confirmation will be based on
the Council’s satisfaction that all the relevant tests have
been met.
In the event that objections or representations are received, the
applicant confirms their willingness to take responsibility for
promoting the Order once it has
been referred to the Planning Inspectorate for determination.
