1. That the Director of Hampshire 2050,
following consultation with the Leader and Executive Member for
Hampshire 2050 confirms that the Original Place, Havant is surplus
to County Council requirements.

2. That the County Council does not renew the lease with the
Portsmouth Diocesan Board of Finance for office space within their
property known as the Original Place in Havant.

3. That the County Council relocates staff from the Original Place
to Sharps Copse Childrens Centre, Havant.
