That the Director of Hampshire 2050 (in
consultation with the Leader and Executive Member for Hampshire
2050 and Corporate Services) exercise the delegation secured at the
Leaders Decision Day on 9th March 2023 to authorise the sale of
Four Chimneys, Andover Road, Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 6AS to the
preferred purchaser on the basis set out in the exempt
report.
