1. That the Director of Hampshire 2050,
following consultation with the Leader and Executive Member for
Hampshire 2050 confirms that Turners Wood Childrens Centre is
surplus to County Council requirements.

2. That the Director of Hampshire 2050, following consultation with
the Leader and Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 approves the
transfer of Turners Wood Childrens Centre on the basis of a
transaction as set out in the associated report.
