1. To approve spend of £105,000 of
2025/26 Bus Grant (BSIP) funding from the Promotional Fares
Initiatives revenue allocation on two initiatives (as set
out in the report) in the Andover and Southern Hampshire areas to
incentivise bus usage.

2. To approve spend of £220,000 of 2025/26 Bus Grant (BSIP)
funding from the capital allocation for real time bus departure
information improvements at stops as outlined in the report and
on-bus information improvements
installing audio-visual technology on buses that operate on bus
networks in the Andover, Basingstoke and Winchester area in
partnership with Stagecoach, to help make bus services in these
areas more accessible and
inclusive, for bus users.

3. To approve spend of £225,000 of 2025/26 Bus Grant (BSIP)
funding from the capital allocation for safety and security
improvements to source, install and maintain new CCTV cameras in
the vicinity of bus stops within Gosport
to tackle issues of vandalism and anti-social behaviour on the bus
network and improve personal safety and security.
