1.1.Pursuant to the Cabinet paper dated
21/05/07 and in accordance with the County Council's constitution,
the Director of Children's Services is authorised to give final
approval for proposals where no objections have been received
during the statutory notice period.
1.2.That Director of Children’s Services gives approval to
the recommendations following discussion with Executive Members to
the following proposals published by Hampshire County Council under
Section 19 (1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, making
the following prescribed alterations:
The establishment of a Resourced Provision for 15 pupils aged 11-16
with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) at Applemore College, Dibden
Purlieu opening in phases from September 2025;
The establishment of a Resourced Provision for 15 pupils aged 11
-16 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs at The
Wavell School, Aldershot opening in phases from September
2025;
The expansion of Resourced Provision places for pupils aged 11-16
with autism spectrum conditions (ASC) at Horndean Technology
College, Waterlooville by 4 places from 17 to 21 from September
2025;
The expansion of Resourced Provision places at the Federation of
Wildground Federation Infant and Junior Schools, Dibden Purlieu,
for pupils aged 4 – 11 with autism spectrum conditions (ASC)
by 8 places from 8 to 16 from September 2025;
