Purpose
The purpose of this report is
to set out the background and context for, and proposed content of
Hampshire County Council’s new Strategic Plan 2025 –
2028. It seeks the agreement of Cabinet to the new Strategic Plan
and that it recommends to Full Council that it be adopted as part
of the County Council’s Policy Framework, as set out in the
Constitution.
