1. That the Deputy Director of Hampshire 2050
(in consultation with the Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 and
Corporate Services, the Chief Executive and Director of Corporate
Operations) following a Decision Gateway, exercise the delegation
secured at the 24 October 2024 meeting of the Executive Member for
Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services, to select the preferred
purchase for the Woodhouse Meadows site, Hegde End on the basis set
out in the report and to settle the detailed terms and conditions
including any adjustments to the purchase price or associated legal
agreements that may be required to conclude the sale.
