The purpose of this paper is to seek authority
to advertise the County Council’s ‘intention’ to
make Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) to restrict motorised
vehicular traffic on Colemore and Priors Dean Byway Open to All
Traffic (BOAT)
No. 22 and Newton Valence BOAT No. 30 under section 1 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the 1984 Act), as shown on the
attached plan (Appendix A).
This paper seeks to provide the Countryside Strategic Manager with
the necessary information to determine whether to give authority to
advertise the Council’s intention to make the aforementioned
TROs and begin the formal consultation.
