Pursuant to the Cabinet paper dated 21/05/07
and in accordance with the County Council’s constitution, the
Director of Children’s Services is authorised to give
approval for proposals to move to informal non- statutory
consultation stage.

That the Director of Children’s Services gives approval to
the following proposals to move to informal and non-statutory
consultation stage:

Expansion of Waterloo School, Havant by 70 places in phases from
summer 2027 utilising former Peel Common Infant School,
Gosport;

Expansion of Osborne School. Winchester by 60 places in phases from
summer 2027 utilising former Aviary Children’s Centre / HCC
Office Accommodation, Eastleigh;

That a report be brought to a future Decision Day setting out the
responses received during the consultation period and in advance of
approving formal statutory consultation.
