That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which Will
be to introduce No Waiting at any Time restrictions along Grafton
Way in Basingstoke as outlined in the below schedule:

And to introduce a prescribed turning route for Heavy Goods
Vehicles turning into and out of Unit H by prohibiting vehicles
(Except those under 7.5 tonnes) from turning right into Grafton Way
from the Unit H Access Road and prohibiting vehicles (Except those
under 7.5 tonnes) from turning left into the Unit H Access
Road.
