That the application should be accepted and
authority given for the making of a Public Path Diversion Order,
the diversion route to have a width of 1.5 metres as
shown between Points A-D-E on the attached plan, under the
provisions of Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.
That if objections or representations to the Order are received,
that the Order be submitted to the Secretary of State for

promoting the Order.
