That the application be approved and authority
granted for the making of a Public Path Diversion Order, with the
diversion route having a width of one metre as
shown on the attached plan, in accordance with Section 119 of the
Highways Act 1980.

That the Order be confirmed as an unopposed Order if no objections
or representations are received, on the basis that the Council is
satisfied that the relevant legal tests are satisfied; or, if
objections or representations to the Order
are received that they be submitted to the Secretary of State with
a request that the Order be confirmed, subject to any additional
evidence that comes to light as a result of this process.
