Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to revoke the existing “Disabled Badge Holders Only”
restriction outside numbers 25-28 Maple Grove, Tadley
and to introduce Prohibition of Waiting restrictions on Barlows
Road and Elmhurst as outlined in the following schedules:
