Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to revoke the disabled permit holders only bays at Margaret Road
and Penrith Road and replace the bay at Penrith Road with Permit
Holders Only Monday 9am – 5pm as outlined in the following
schedule:
