Pursuant to the Cabinet paper dated 21/05/07
and in accordance with the County Council’s constitution, the
Director of Children’s Services is authorised to give
approval for proposals to move to informal non- statutory
consultation stage.

That the Director of Children’s Services gives approval to
the following proposals to move to informal and non-statutory
consultation stage:

the expansion of Pennington Primary School from September 2027
through the establishment of a 50 place SEN Unit utilising the
former Pennington Infant School accommodation.

That a report be brought to a future Decision Day setting out the
responses received during the consultation period and in advance of
approving formal statutory consultation.?
