Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to provide No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Gershwin Road,
Ellington Drive & Buckingham Parade; No Loading Mon-Fri 8am-9am
and 3.15pm and 4.15pm on Old Down Close and No Stopping except
Buses Mon-Fri 9am-3.30pm on Homesteads Road as described in the
